Applications are hereby invited in Standard Form intending candidates for filling up of the following vacant post under the establishment of the District Legal Services Authority, Sivasagar as shown below:
1.Name of the Post: Account Assistant (Contractual)

Qualification: Graduate with Computer Knowledge
Pay :Rs.20,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)
2.Name of the Post: Data Entry Operator (Contractual)
No of Posts: 1
Qualification: Higher Secondary with 06 (Six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Proficiency from a recognized Institute
Pay : Rs.12,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)
Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age on 01.01.2018. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Selection Procedure: The Selection Procedure shall include Screen test/ Written test followed by
Viva-Voce.
The Engagement of the Account Assistant and Data Entry Operator shall be a period of one year from the date of joining in service under following terms and conditions:
1. The appointment of such person is purely temporary and on a contract basis and does not entitle the person to be regularized in Government service.
2. After expiry of the contract period of 01( one ) year, the contractual agreement will automatically stand terminated.
3. The Services of the Account Assistant and Data Entry Operator may be extended after appropriate break in service subject to the approval of Hon'ble the Executive Chairman, Assam State Legal Services Authority, Guwahati.

The application with self-attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card/ Diploma in Computer Application etc. along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by candidate on the reverse side should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 9th February,2018

No application will be entertained after the last date. The list of eligible candidates along with the date of interview shall be uploaded in the Official website of Sivasagar District Judiciary (www.sivasagarjudiciary.gov.in) in due course. No Personal Call letter will be sent to the applicant for written test/viva.
