Online applications are invited till 5.00 PM of 18/09/2017 from the citizens of India as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the vacancies of LDA (Bench Asstt.)/ LDA-cum-Typist/ Copyist, as indicated below, for the District Court of Baksa, Assam The number of vacancies shown below are indicative only and may vary at the time of final selection. Reservation of Posts for different categories will be as per Rules. A candidate is allowed to submit only one application form for any one part out of the 6 (six) categories of posts shown below (in the official advertisement). A common written test will be held on the same day for a selection of candidates for all posts.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000/- - Rs.49,000/- plus Grade Pay of RS.5,600/- and other allowances admissible as per Rules.
Educational Qualification:
i. A candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University on the last date of submission of application form. Candidates awaiting result need not apply.
ii. He/She must have a working knowledge of computer on the last date of submission of application form and
iii. Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of the official language of the State of Assam and the candidate shall have to appear in a qualifying examination designed to test the proficiency in official language of the State of Assam (Assamese). A candidate failing to obtain minimum qualifying marks in the official language of the State of Assam shall not be considered for appointment.
