District Sessions Judge Karbi Anglong Recruitment 2017 for Peon, Driver, Chowkidar & Jarikarak posts
Applications are invited from eligible candidates within the age limit of 18 years to 43 years (Relaxation as per Govt. Rules) for filling up posts of Peon, Chowkidar, Jarikarak, and Driver which are newly created vide letter No. JDJ(E).260/2010/26 dated 03.10.2012 vacant under the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu.

Qualification: Read upto Class VIII Standard.

Qualification: Read upto Class VIII Standard
How to apply:
The applicants must submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part- IX with self-attested photocopy of all relevant documents and two recent passport size photographs.In the top of the application form, there should be contact mobile or telephone number written in red ink.
Completed applications along with all testimonials as mentioned above should be addressed to “The District and Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu, Pin Code-782460” and should be dropped in the “Drop Box” Labeled as “DropBox for Applications” to be kept at the premise of Office of the undersigned on the stipulated date & time.
Note:
• For the post of Court Peon, Office Peon, Driver, and Jarikarak, a written test of 30 marks with Essay Type questions shall be held and there shall be an Oral interview of 20 marks. Question paper of written test for the post of Driver and aforesaid Peons will be VII standard and for the post of Jarikarak will be X standard. In addition, there shall be a Driving Test of 5 Marks for the post of Driver to be conducted by DTO or any MVI authorized by him or the Board.
• For the post of attaching peons, Chowkidars and Bungalow Peon will be selected on the basis Oral interview of 30 marks. In addition, there should be Physical Fitness Test of 10 marks for the post of Chowkidar
• Personal interview: Candidates, who qualify in the written test, will be called for the personal interview. A list of successful candidates will be published in the District & Sessions Judge notice Board, Karbi Anglong, Diphu.
• The candidates will have to produce the testimonials in original, in terms of his/her Age, Caste, and Educational Qualification etc. during a personal interview, after qualifying the written test.
• The last date of’ receipt of application in the “Drop Box”/by post is 18.10.2017 up to 5.00 PM. DropBox will be closed after last date and time.
• Application submitted in any other mode, except as indicated and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without any communication to the candidate.
• Canvassing by any means will immediately lead to rejection of candidature.
• Candidates who are already in the Government services must submit “No Objection Certificate” from appropriate authority at the time of interview.
• Selected candidates will receive their appointment letters by post at their respective postal address as specified by them in their application form.
• Reservation of candidates belonging to different categories will be as per rules.
• The certificate for claiming reservation must be issued by the competent authority and the same in original must be produced before the selection committee at the time of interview.
• Experience in the relevant field will be counted.
