Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Human Resource/ MBA (HR)
Experience: 7+ years post qualification experience in HR agency/ company with considerable scale and size, out of which at least 2 years should be in Rural Development/ Community development sector.
2. Name of Post: Project Manager- Procurement & Finance (Skills)
No of Post: 01
Educational Qualification: MBA(Finance).
Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in Govt./Private sector out of which at least I Year should be on Procurement related experience in externally funded projects by the World Bank/ADB/UN Agencies etc.
3. Name of Post: District Project Manager

Educational Qualification:Post Graduate degree.
Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector, out of which at least 1 years should be relevant domain like SM, IB & CB, FI, LH, S&P etc.

How to apply:
1. The applicant should fill in all relevant portion of the online application format. Candidates need not submit relevant testimonials (pass certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates etc.) along with the online application. Candidates who qualify in written test will be shortlisted and called for document verification on a later date. Candidates who fail to submit required documents doing the time of verification or it is found that they do not possess the required qualification or experience, their application will be rejected even if they qualify in written test and no further communication will be entertained by them. Candidates are therefore advised to ensure their own eligibility before applying for a particular post.
2. The link for Online Application is http://asrlms.com which will be active from 10.00am of 16/09/2017 and will remain active till 11.59pm of 07/10/2017. No communication in respect of submission of Online Application will be entertained once the submission date is over. Mode of Application is Online only.
3. Cut off date for the purpose of calculation of age and experience shall be 01/09/2017 (1st September 2017).
4. Qualifying marks in written test for Un- reserved category candidates will be 50% whereas for S/C, S/T, OBC and PWD candidates, it will be 45%.
5. The short listed candidates after written test will have to appear for Group Discussion / Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview, for which no TA / DA shall be paid. it
6. Candidates willing to apply for more than one post shall have to submit separate application for each post.
