This is in continuation of earlier advertisement No. HC.XXXVII-27/2015/1818/R. Cell dated 10.11.2016. Online applications are invited till 5.00 PM of 15/4/2017 from the citizens of India as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the newly Created posts of LDA/COPYIST/TYPIST, as indicated below, for the district judiciary of Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong Districts of Assam, in the Scale of pay of Rs. 5200-20200+GP 2200 and other allowances admissible as per Rules, The number of vacancies shown below is indicative only and may vary at the time of final selection, Reservation of posts for different Categories will be as per Rules.

A candidate is allowed to submit one application form only indicating one establishment and one post of a particular district of his/her choice. Further, it is informed that applicants who applied in response to earlier advt. dated 10.11.2016 are also allowed to apply for the below-mentioned posts keeping in view of the fact that some of those applicants would have preferred to apply for the posts of Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong Districts if these posts had been included in the earlier advertisement. However, it may also be informed that the selection criteria for the posts of both the advertisements will be same and a common written examination will be held on the same day.

1.LDA

No of Posts: 34

Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline from recognized university and must have knowledge of Computer and Assamese.

Salary: Rs. 5200- 20200 + GP Rs. 2200/- per month

Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be between 18 to 43 years.

2.Copyist
No of Posts: 16

Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline from recognized university and must have knowledge of Computer and Assamese.

Salary: Rs. 5200- 20200 + GP Rs. 2200/- per month

Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be between 18 to 43 years.

3.Typist

No of Posts: 02

Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline from recognized university and must have knowledge of Computer and Assamese.

Salary: Rs. 5200- 20200 + GP Rs. 2200/- per month

Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be between 18 to 43 years.

Educational Qualification: 
A candidate must be a graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University on the last date of submission of application form, Candidates awaiting result need not apply. He/she must have working knowledge of Computer on the last date of Submission of application form and Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of official language of the State of Assam and the candidate shall have to appear in a qualifying examination designed to test the proficiency in official language of the State of Assam. A candidate failing to obtain minimum qualifying marks in the official language of the State of Assam shall not be considered for appointment.

HOW TO APPLY: Candidates who fulfill the requisite criteria can submit their online application forms, by following the steps indicated below, through the home page of the website www.ghconline.gov.in wherein a scroll under the Caption "Click here to apply" will be available:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
i. Merely satisfying the eligibility criteria will not entitle a candidate to be called for the written examination/skill test/interview etc. 
ii. No person, who has entered into or Contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living or who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any perSon, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts. 
iii. The admission of candidates at all stages of the Selection process will be purely provisional and subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility Criteria. If, on verification at any time before or after the selection process, it is found that a Candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility Conditions, his/her candidature shall stand Cancelled without any notice. Mere calling of a candidate to written tests skill tests interview etc. or issuance of admit card f call letter etc. does not necessarily mean acceptance of candidature of any candidate which shall be further scrutinized at every stage and the High Court reserves the right to reject the Candidature of any candidate at any time. 
iv. Submission of the application does not imply that a Candidate has fulfilled all the Criteria given in the advertisement and application is subject to Subsequent Scrutiny and the application can be rejected at any subsequent point of time if any ineligibility Condition is detected at any point of time. 
v. The list of the candidates, with allotted Roll NOS, will be published on the High Court website for the Candidates' reference, 
νί. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the written test/interview etc. 
νίί. Candidates who are already in the Government Service may apply through proper channel by intimating their employers regarding submission of online application forms for the advertised vacancies. They shall have to produce "No Objection Certificate" from his/her present employer at the time of appointment. 
viii. The High Court may decide not to issue any admit card/cal letter etc. to any candidate and may decide to call candidates to written examination/skill test/interview etc. by publishing a notification in the official website and notice board of the High Court. Candidates are advised to visit the official website (www.ghoonline.gov.in) of the High Court regularly for updates and important information. Unnecessary correspondence should be avoided. 
ix. Application form, which is incomplete in any respect, Such as without the photograph and signature upload, is liable to be rejected summarily, unless otherwise decided by the High Court, 
x. Any information submitted by an applicant in his/her application will bind the Candidate personally. 
xi. The candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the application form and the High Court shall not be responsible or liable in any way, 
xii. A candidate is allowed to submit one application form only indicating one establishment and one post of a particular district of his/her choice. 
xiii. List of successful candidates of the written examination/skill test etc. may be prepared establishment wise and/or post wise and/or district wise and they may be called for interview accordingly. However, the High Court reserves the right to prepare a single list for all the districts or posts or establishments, 
xίν, Final select list of the candidates may be prepared establishment wise and/or post wise and/or district wise and candidates may be appointed as per their position in the final select list So prepared, However, the High Court reserves the right to prepare single select list for all the districts or posts or establishments of Assam and Candidates may be appointed accordingly, 
xv The certificate for claim of reservation must have been issued by the competent authority.
xvi. The High Court may put the finally selected candidates on probation for a period of 2(two) years. The High Court reserves the right to dismiss from Service any selected candidate during the period of probation without assigning any reason thereof.
xvii. Appointment of Selected candidates for Karbi Anglong district will be subject to its judicial list.Courts becoming functional within a period of one year from the date of publication of the select
xviii. The appointment and conditions of service of the selected candidates shall be governed by the Rules notified by Government of Assam, 
xix. District and establishment wise allocation of finally Selected candidates and their transfer shall be as decided by the High Court.The decision of the High Court in at such matters will be final. 
xx. If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/her candidature will be rejected. 
xxi. The High Court reserves the right to Cancel the advertisement, alter any terms and Conditions of the advertisement at any stage. 
xxii. The examination materials will be destroyed, due to Scarcity of Space, after one year of publication of the final select list, unless otherwise decided by the High Court.
xxiii. All other matters which are not specifically provided in this advertisement shall be as decided by the High Court.
