Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as defined in Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India, in Standard Form as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette with self attested copies of all testimonials in support of age, education qualification, caste, experience if any, along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport sized photographs for filling up the following posts under the establishment of District & Sessions Judge, Nalbari.
1.Name of the Post: Peon
No. of post: 02 posts (UR)
Scale of Pay: Rs. 12000 – 37500 + G.P 3900(PB-4)
Qualification: Class VIII passed
2.Name of the Post: Driver
No. of post: 01 post (UR)
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000 – 49000 + G.P 5000 (PB-2)
Qualification: Class VIII passed with valid Transport Driving Licence.
Selection Criteria:
- Peon: Written test and Viva-voce.
- Driver: Driving test and Viva-Voce.
How to apply:
Completed applications along with all testimonials as mentioned above should be addressed to District & Sessions Judge, Nalbari.
Note:
- Applications must indicate prominently the name of the post applied for on the right-hand corner of the envelope containing the application.
- Applications must reach to the undersigned during office hours on or before 30.11.2017.
- Candidates must not in less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2017.
- Inappropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per the existing rules of the government of Assam.
- Candidates must have passed Class VIII.
- One self- addressed envelope of 5cm x 11cm affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (Five) is to be enclosed with the application along with the mobile number if any,
- Candidates intending to apply for different posts shall submit separate applications for each post.
- Applicants those who are already in service should submit their applications through proper channel with No Objection Certificate from his /her employer.
- The applicants who will apply for the post of Peon and whose applications are found in order will be called for Written Test to be held at a place and date to be notified in due time, after which the qualifying candidates in the Written test will be further called for Viva-Voce.
- The applicants who will apply for the post of Driver and whose applications are found in order will be called for Driving Test, after which the qualifying candidates in the Driving test will be further called for Viva-Voce. The date, time and venue of the driving test will be notified in due time.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the Written test/ Driving test/ Interview.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason. No application will be accepted after the last date of submission of applications.
- Eligible candidates will be called through call letters for appearing in the Written Test and Driving Test. The Date, Time and Venue of both the tests will be mentioned in the call letters and notified in the official NOTICE BOARD of this office in due time, and the same shall also be uploaded to the official website www.nalbarijudiciary.gov.in.
- The applications should be addressed to the ‘District & Sessions Judge, Nalbari.’
