Applications are invited from intending & eligible candidates who are Indian Citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for the under mentioned Contractual Posts under CSS-ATMA (NMAET), Directorate of Agriculture, Assam. The selected candidate will be paid a fixed monthly remuneration only. It may be noted that these posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project & subject to satisfactory fulfillment of other terms & conditions as specified.


VARIOUS POSTS
A. State Level:-

1.Name of the post: State Coordinator

 No. of Posts: 01 Post

Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000/-

Educational Qualification: Doctorate or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Extension, Horticulture, Agronomy, Fishery, Soil Science, Agril Economics and Allied Sector.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Coordination and Planning for Ph.D. and 20 years of Masters.

Age Limit: 62 years

 2.Name of the post: Gender Coordinator

No. of Posts: 01 Post

Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000/-

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture and Allied Sector including Home Science Extension or Sociology.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Agriculture Extension or Gender-Related Works.

Age Limit: 62 years

3.Name of the post: Deputy Director

No. of Posts: 04 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 44,000/-

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Agriculture, Human Resource Development, Information Technology, Marketing/ Post-Harvest Technology Veterinary, Fishery.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the scale of Rs 15600-39100+5400/or Minimum experience of 6 years as a faculty member in the respective field from the reputed organization/institution (to the satisfaction of the State Govt).

Age Limit: 62 years

B. District Level:-

4.Name of the post: Deputy Project Director

No. of Posts: 23 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 42,000/-

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Agriculture/Allied Sectors with a research background.

Minimum Experience: 3 years experience in the scale of Rs. 9300-34800+4200/ Or Minimum 5 years experience in managerial or supervisory capacity in Agriculture And Allied Sectors.

Age Limit: 43 years

 5.Name of the post: Computer Programmer

No. of Posts: 16 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 16,000/-

Educational Qualification: B.Tech or MCA

Minimum Experience: For B.Tech 1 year Experience in the relevant field and for MCA 1.5 years in relevant field.

Age Limit: 43 years

6.Name of the post: Accountant cum Clerk

Pay Scale: Rs. 22,500/-

Educational Qualification: B. Com

Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years Experience of Accountancy in a reputed organization to the satisfaction to the State Govt& knowledge on the operation of Tally.

Age Limit: 43 years

C. Block Level:-

7.Name of the post: Block Technology Manager

No. of Posts: 149 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/-

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agri/AHied Sector with Computer Skills.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years field experience in Agri related activities if Post Graduate otherwise 3 years.

Age Limit: 45 years

8.Name of the post: Assistant Technology Manager

No. of Posts: 393 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,000/-

Educational Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate in Agri/Hort/Economics/Veterinary Science/ AHD/Fisheries with Computer Skills.

Minimum Experience: Preferably one year Experience.

Age Limit: 45 years

 NOTE:
(a) Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
(b) He/She should not be less than 21 years and more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2017 for the post of Deputy Project Director, Accountant.cum Clerk and Computer Programmer as per Govt OM No ABP 06/20 16/04 dd 3/3/2016 and for the post of Block Technology Manager and Assistant Technology Manager the upper age limit will be 45 years as per NMAET guideline. However, the upper age limits relaxable by 5 years to SC ST candidates The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation or HSLC Admit Card Certificate issued by a recognized Board Council, and no other document shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.
(c) Only in the post of Deputy Director, SAMETI State Coordinator & Gender Coordinator, the Upper age limit will be 62 on 01.01 2017 For both General and reserved category candidates). The service of the successful candidate will be renewed annually subject to satisfactory performance of service up to the age of 65 years or Co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier.
(d) The candidate must hold an above-mentioned qualification from any of the recognized Universities.
(e) Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification on the date of submission of their applications.
(f) The candidate also must possess the above-mentioned experience to qualify for the written test.
(g) Incomplete application form in terms of advertisement will be summarily rejected and there will be no claim of the candidature.
(h)Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written examination.

 Application Fee: Candidate will have to pay application fees of Rs 250/- only (for General and OBC) and the candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST) will have to pay Rs 125/-only along with submission of online application form.
